Refund policy
At Smelly Notion, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers feel secure in their purchases while also respecting the integrity of our unique products.
We have established a 30-day return policy. This means that customers have a period of 30 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, customers should contact us at wgctllc@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of the return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. It is important to note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt. If any item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is essential to contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
There are certain exceptions to our return policy. Items that cannot be returned include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Customers are encouraged to reach out with any questions regarding specific items.
For exchanges, the most efficient method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, customers can proceed with a new purchase for the desired item.
For customers in the European Union, we adhere to the 14-day cooling-off period. This allows customers to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Customers will be notified regarding the approval status of their refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. It is important to note that processing times may vary based on the customer's bank or credit card company.
